Certified Documentation and Data Management Association 

Organizations that qualify for corporate certification will be able to easily prove competency and proficiency in Documentation and Data Management processes. This provides a mechanism for clients to understand the potential contractor's ability in managing information without exhaustive investigation. This will provide a deeper clarity between organizations, ultimately drastically improving the efficiency of communication in all forms.

There are three types of Corporate Members:

Operating Company

Consulting Company

Software Company

Corporate Membership fees are $995.00 flat fee per annum.

Memberships are renewable on 1 January every year

Active Corporate members will be listed on CDDMA's website

Organizations need to apply to CDDMA for corporate membership by completing the online registration form. CDDMA will review all applications and approval will be given based on the requirements as set forth by the Association. Organizations must be registered to operate within their geographical location.

Membership dues are invoiced on 15 December each year for the following year and are payable by 15 January. Any membership not renewed by 31 January will result in a lapse of membership. Payment forms acceptable to the Association are PayPal and Cheque. If PayPal is not available in the country, please contact CDDMA to make alternative payment arrangements.

Cheques are to be made out to the Certified Document Management Association of Canada and mailed with the completed application to:
